- I once made lemon squares a total of three times in one day just to get them to taste AND look a certain way that would leave me satisfied. And so tipped off my desire and passion for baking, which has evolved into cupcakes playing the central role. I happen to love all things cupcake and one of the biggest pleasures I get out of baking them is the reaction to the taste.
